Artisan Group 1

Artisans are from a self-run cooperative of women in La Esperanza, Guatemala. These artisans create handcrafted products. Sales of the products support the cooperative, a full-day kindergarten through 6th grade school, daycare, and a Montessori based preschool.  These women have also participated in the development of a health clinic, tutoring program,  and local bakery.

Artisan Group Two

We work with many talented women artisans from the areas near Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. Making jewelry has made a difference in their lives by providing ongoing opportunities. Our artisans have made a difference by creating gorgeous jewelry for everyone to wear and enjoy. We celebrate all of our artisans.

Artisan Group Three

Other fair trade companies work with Mayan women around the shores of Lake Atitlán to transform their beautiful weaving tradition into hand beaded jewelry. Acquiring new skills and a market for their jewelry creates hope and prosperity for many artisans who can now work in their homes. Their designs are rich in beauty, tradition, and color. Treasure your beads as we treasure and respect the Mayan culture of Guatemala.
